Jim Sabatello, President / CEO

Jim has 22 years of experience in the construction  industry. Before working in the flooring industry, Jim served in the US Army Aviation Division and was the recipient of the ARCOM Medal.

Jim started  in the construction industry in 1986 managing two flooring companies. He established Inland Flooring Contractors, Inc. in 1992. He has experience in all aspects of the flooring industry as well as working in tandem with other general contractors, project managers, insurance adjusters and various government agencies. He is responsible for managing daily operations, project scheduling and completion, ensuring employees are properly trained and working safely, producing estimates, tracking job progress, and building customer relationships.

In addition, Jim gives back to his community by volunteering as the head of the Architectural Committee and Board Member of the Marina Hills Planned Community Association (a planned residential community of over 1500 homes).



Sally-Ann Sabatello,
Chief Financial Officer / Secretary


Originally from East Africa, Sally-Ann attended UCI and has a degree in Chemistry. While attending college, she managed a busy real estate firm until 1992, when she helped establish Inland Flooring Contractors. Sally-Ann has managed all financial affairs for IFC since inception.



Scott Ehlert, Vice President, Sales and Marketing / Project Management

Scott has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Before entering the industry, Scott was a United States Army Sergeant. He was honorably discharged in 1986. Scott attended college at Cal State Hayward as well as the University of Maryland, studying Business Marketing. In 1986, he designed and built his first spec home. From 1988-1999, Scott held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a San Francisco based textile design company.

Scott is currently the president of Scott Fabrics, Inc. and has been since 1999. He recently joined our team in 2009 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. We expect many great opportunities to arise through his contributions.
